Service Scope

VPNDZ provides international routes and subscription configurations for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 110+ countries / 170+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The specific route list, client access links, and account benefits are as shown in the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Access to a particular service depends on its regional policies, account status, and operating conditions. Regional route examples on this site illustrate how to select a route and do not guarantee continued availability of any specific website.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your password and subscription configuration secure and do not publish them. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and report the issue through a support ticket in the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. The service is for devices used by the account holder and does not permit sharing an account with others. You may not resell accounts or subscriptions, share login credentials, distribute subscription configurations publicly, or use the service to provide paid access to others.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Choose according to your needs and check the billing method before confirming an order.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any region relevant to your use, as well as the rules of the websites you access. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, including infringing others’ rights, accessing systems without authorization, distributing malicious software, carrying out cyberattacks, or committing fraud.

Do not disrupt other users’ connections through malicious requests, route abuse, or interference with system operations. You are responsible for your access activity, transmitted content, and actions involving third-party accounts. The network connectivity provided by this service does not exempt you from your legal obligations.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier links, device configuration, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, route changes, or external network failures may cause interruptions. VPNDZ does not guarantee that every route will always be available, a fixed connection speed, or access to any specific third-party service.

If you have connection issues, first check your account and subscription status, then consult the support page. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel with a description and any necessary diagnostic information. Do not include your password or full subscription credentials in a ticket.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses caused by changes to third-party platform policies or by your own violations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. VPNDZ follows a no-logs policy; see the Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is handled.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket. Include the order details so the payment can be verified; you do not need to cite a connection problem as the reason for your request.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Refund processing involves order verification and the payment channel. Updates on progress and payment arrangements will be provided through the support ticket; these terms do not promise a fixed processing or arrival time. For requests made after the period above, submit a ticket for VPNDZ to review based on the order record, circumstances, and applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you violate these terms through unlawful use, account resale, credential sharing, or malicious disruption of the service, VPNDZ may suspend the relevant access or terminate the account based on the nature of the conduct. Any action will be based on information that can be verified. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review through a support ticket in the user panel. Refunds and other rights provided by law are not excluded.

If the service rules change, VPNDZ will update this page and its last-updated month, and announce significant changes on the site or in the user panel. Changes affecting paid benefits will be clearly explained; an update to these terms will not be used to retroactively reduce benefits already confirmed. If you have questions about a change, submit a support ticket for clarification before continuing to use the service.
